DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE: TROPICAL ELEGANCE
Colombia’s biodiversity and natural fabrics served as inspiration for the architects behind this project. Open, light-filled spaces are important architectural elements here. The style also highlights geometric shapes and a palette of warm tones that represent Colombia’s tropical beauty. Artisans, members of indigenous and rural communities, woodworkers, artists, and designers all contributed to the project.
COSTA GARDEN, TERRACES, AND POOL WITH PANORAMIC VIEW
The concept of biodiversity extends to the open spaces as well, through the shapes, colors, and textures chosen for the hotel’s design that reflect the abundance of natural resources. The patios and common areas are filled with diverse vegetation found along the Colombian coast, from La Guajira to Córdoba. The geography is reflected in every detail; the hotel décor evokes Colombian landscapes and includes artisanal objects that represent them. Mangroves climb up to the terrace, transforming the hotel’s interior and exterior look and feel.
LOUNGE
The hotel’s artwork also deserves mention, such as the maps of Colombia on the bar’s ceiling and floor. It is the work of Luz Ángela Lizarazo—cast in granite with bronze transitions—and evoke Colombia’s natural beauty with unparalleled elegance, reaffirming the fusion of traditional and modern styles.

Our renowned chefs reinvent traditional cuisine from Colombia’s Caribbean coast, including both unique and native flavors from the region. The bar offers signature cocktails inspired by Colombian fruits and distilled spirits. The space is divided into three areas: an air-conditioned lounge, an outdoor patio, and a room reserved for events. Opening hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

La Sierra spa includes a double treatment room, sauna, tubs, relaxation area, and solarium. We offer relaxing massages and rituals created to make you feel renewed and rejuvenated, inside and out.

This is our most representative and unique suite. Its colonial architecture has been carefully decorated to create a warm and romantic atmosphere, making it ideal for couples and honeymooners. The suite is divided into two areas: the main room with balcony and view of the historic center, and a terrace with a jacuzzi. Magdalena Suite
Every detail was designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquility. The suite is divided into three areas: the main room, a social area with sofa and desk, and a terrace, complete with a jacuzzi and outdoor garden overlooking the walled city. These 4 rooms overlook the gardens and interior patio. They are decorated entirely with Colombian designs, including textures and natural materials that reflect Colombian culture. Queen bed, marble bathroom with shower. Area: 24 m2
The rooms’ color palette varies according to the group to which they belong; some are painted green and white, and others beige and white. Marble and wood elements exude elegance, warmth, and a touch of sensuality. The furniture is made of natural fibers such as leather, linen, and organic cotton.
